Munhyeon-dong Gobchang(Tripe) Street(Busan)_문현동 곱창골목(부산)

 Busan is the farthest city from Seoul and it takes about 4 hours and 30 minutes ~ 5 hours by car. Munhyeon-dong Gobchang(Tripe) street is famous for its grilled pork Gobchang in Busan. I like it very much and it is a place to visit every time I stop by Busan. My house of call is Mun-Hyun Halmae(Grandmother) Gobchang and owner of this restaurant is very kind. This street was appeared in the movie 'Friends' that was very famous Korea film in the early 2000s, so some of the signboards of this alley restaurant still have a scene of this movie.

 부산은 서울에서 가장 먼 거리에 위치한 도시로서 승용차로 약 4시간 30분 ~ 5시간 정도 걸린다. 문현동 곱창골목은 부산에서 돼지 곱창구이로 유명한 곳이다. 필자가 매우 좋아해서 부산에 들를 때마다 찾아가는 곳이기도 하다. 단골집은 문현할매곱창인데 주인께서 바쁜데도 불구하고 친절하게 대해 주셔서 이 집만 다니고 있다. 2000년대 초반 흥행했던 영화 '친구' 에 등장하기도 해서 지금도 이 골목 음식점 간판중에는 영화 '친구'의 모습을 담은 것들도 보인다.

 There is no parking lot for customer so you need to use the parking lots near the street or park in front of restaurants.

 주차장은 별도로 없고 곱창골목 근처의 주차장들을 이용하거나 음식점 앞에 주차를 하시면 되겠다.

 The inside is the scenery of the old pub in Korea. In Korea, pork giblets seem to be better suited to the atmosphere of old-fashioned than to clean and colorful interiors, since they are simple food that is usually eaten as a snack when ordinary people drink at night.

 내부는 한국의 오래된 선술집 풍경이다. 한국에서 돼지곱창은 주로 서민들이 저녁에 술 한잔 할 때 안주로 먹는 소박한 음식이어서 깨끗하고 화려한 인테리어보다는 이렇게 낡은 모습의 분위기가 더 잘 어울리는 것 같다.

 There are various ways to cook the giblet. The giblete of Munhyeon-dong is a way to eat the grilled pork giblet using briquet fire after hand mixing gobchang with red pepper paste seasoning. A restaurant that uses briquettes is hard to see these days so it looks amiable.

 곱창은 조리방법이 여러가지가 있는게 이곳 문현동의 곱창은 돼지 내장을 고추장 양념에 버무려 연탄불에 구워 먹는 방식이다. 연탄불을 이용하는 음식점은 요즘에 보기 힘든데 정감 있어 보이고 좋은 것 같다.

 Munhyeon-dong Gobchang is delicious whenever I eat. Spicy sauce and tender giblet seem to be well- harmonized in the mouth. I drank soju and left driving to my wife. This street tells us that there is also amiable alley behind the splendid figure of Busan. If you are traveling to Busan, it is recommended that you take the time to visit here.

 문현동 곱창은 언제 먹어도 맛있다. 매콤한 양념과 고소한 곱창이 입안에서 조화롭게 어울리는 것 같다. 이 날 소주를 마시고 운전은 아내에게 맡겼다. 부산의 화려한 모습 뒤에는 정감 있는 골목길도 있음을 알려주는 거리이다. 부산에 여행 오시는 분들은 시간을 내서 방문해 보실 것을 추천한다.
