Instant Tofu Village(Asan)_ 즉석 두부촌(아산)

 I went to Asan to look at some historical sites such as Maengssi Haengdan, and planned to do a hot spring in Dogo for one night. The house I found for breakfast is Instant Tofu Village. It is about 1.5 Km away from the Glory Condo and I stopped by here because it was close to the Condo and known as delicious house.

 맹씨행단 등 몇가지 유적지를 돌아볼 겸 아산에 들러 도고에서 온천도 할 계획으로 1박을 했다. 아침식사를 위해 찾은 집이 바로 즉석 두부촌이다. 글로리 콘도에서 약 1.5 Km떨어져 있어 가깝기도 하고 맛있는 집이라 해서 들러 보았다.

 Asan is located about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Seoul by car.

 아산은 서울에서 승용차로 약 1시간 30분 거리에 위치한다.

 Instant tofu village is a small sized restaurant. There is no parking lot so you need to park around the restaurant.

 즉석 두부촌은 규모가 아담한 음식점으로 별도의 주차장은 없어 음식점 주변에 주차를 해야 한다.

 The interior is an old-fashioned with no table or chairs and all of seat are consist of tables sitting on the floor. It seems a bit uncomfortable for foreign tourists to eat.

 내부는 예전 방식의 인테리어로서 의자에 앉아 먹는 자리는 없고 모두 좌식 테이블로 되어 있다. 외국인 관광객들이 식사를 하기에는 조금 불편할 것 같다.

 The building and its interior are somewhat outdated, but the owner maintain it well so the restaurant keep clean status.

 건물 및 내부의 모습은 약간 구식이나 사장님께서 관리를 잘 해서 청결한 모습을 유지하고 있다.

 I ordered tofu hotpot. You can order it with a little redness to eat spicy and you also can order it as white as you see below. Tofu hotpot is a dish made by boiling mushrooms and various vegetables together with tofu.

 It is not a different taste from another house, but all of side dishes which I ate were also delicious.

 두부전골을 주문하였다. 빨갛게 해서 얼큰하게 먹을 수도 있고 아래 보시는 것처럼 맵지 않게 하얗게 주문할 수 도 있으니 참고하시면 되겠다. 버섯과 각종 야채를 두부와 같이 끓여 만든 요리인데 시원하고 구수해서 아침식사로는 그만이다. 

다른 집과 특별히 다른 맛은 아니지만 같이 나온 밑반찬을 먹어보니 하나같이 맛있었다. 

 The kimchi seafood pancake that the owner gave me as a service to eat. It was so delicious even though ate in the morning.

 사장님께서 먹어보라고 서비스로 주신 김치 해물전. 아침에 먹는 부침개인데도 참 맛있게 먹었다.

 I ate a cup of coffee in the cafe right in front of the restaurant after breakfast. Located on the outskirts of Asan, the quiet atmosphere makes it more relaxing. Please note that this cafe will be discounted when you eat at the instant tofu village and take the receipt.

 식사를 하고 바로 앞의 카페에서 커피한잔을 했다. 아산 외곽에 위치해서 한적한 분위기가 한층 여유롭게 해 준다. 이 카페는 즉석 두부촌에서 식사를 하고 영수증을 가져가면 할인을 해 주니 참고하시기 바란다.

 The inside view of the cafe reveals the steel structure of the ceiling as if reflecting the trend these days. The sunshine coming out of the window creates a peaceful morning atmosphere.

 카페 내부의 모습은 요즘 트렌드를 반영하는 듯 천장의 철골구조물을 그대로 드러내고 있다. 창밖에서 들어오는 햇살이 평화로운 아침 분위기를 자아낸다.

 The cafe has two floors and I drank coffee on the second floor. The ceiling is not higher than the first floor, so it makes the attic feel is also cozy.

 카페는 2층으로 되어 있어 2층에서 커피를 마셨다. 1층보다 천장이 높지않아 다락방 느낌도 나고 아늑하다.

 I suddenly searched and stopped by these houses, but ate surprisingly good food and coffee. It was nice to have a peaceful morning time as a bonus.

 갑자기 검색하고 들른 집들이었지만 의외로 괜찮은 음식과 커피를 먹고간다. 덤으로 평화로운 오전시간도 선물을 받아 기분이 좋았다.
